Price list
- The following prices might change without warning! When you requested an offer it will be valid as long as noted there, of course.
- Customers from within the EU need to add 19 % VAT or provide their VAT-ID-No.!
- When paying bank transfer from abroad you need to ensure that the entire sum will arrive on our account! This is achieved by an OUR transfer. Because of high extra bank charges for transfers from out of the European Union the best method to pay is by credit card.
- We are located in Germany. So we can charge your credit card account only with a German currency. If you want to know how much the prices are in your own currency, just ask OANDA's Currency Converter.
The warranty for the software is 6 month. If you find a reproducible bug within this time, you will receive free bugfixes, of course. For some products a Support Pack is available. A Support Pack contains free access to all updates released during its life, that is 12 or 24 month. Whenever such an update is released, you will receive an email with url and password of a protected web page where you can download the latest version.

When you know that you want to order your favourite tools from our site, you provide the following information to get the software delivered very soon:
- Name of your company or institution
- Name and email address of the contact person
- Complete address
- Which software to order
- Number of licenses to order
- Only for Elwiz: Number of machines to watch
- Only for Elwiz and Report Event: Name(s) of the Windows logon domains, where the software should run (not necessary if you order a campus license)
- Only for RegTools: The software can be delivered as a small zip file or with a larger installation program. Please write which version you prefer.
- How you want to pay (credit card or OUR transfer)
- How you want to receive the software
- by email or
- on a CD (for shipping and handling add € 14)
- How you want to receive the invoice (by email as file, by fax, or by mail)
- For customers from within the EU: VAT-ID-No, if available
You can send the order along on one of the ways shown on our contact page. Probably on the next day after payment is received you will receive the software (when ordered by fax and delivered by email)
